Officially 23!
I’m 23! Two more years before I reach quater of a century…that’s pretty fast! I’m in my final semester of my 5 years degree course…*gasp*! Seriously, felt like I’ve been here only for 2-3 years…:) Well, after these three months, I can say goodbye to long holidays which I so often get in Curtin! Aww..I’m gonna MISS them!!!
So yeah, this year’s birthday was a simple one. Nevertheless, I enjoyed myself! Melissa and I went for dinner at Grand Palace’s Western Food. I must say that the quality of food there is satisfying (especially my rib eye steak)! And yeah, it cost a bomb eating there…Enjoy the pictures..:)
And this is my present from Melissa! Love it…
I love the lights in Grand Palace’s Best Western Restaurant!
That’s my date!

Crunchy ice-cream as desert…something new..:)

Happy Chap Go Mei
Tomorrow marks the FIFTEENTH day of Chinese New Year! Soooo, wishing all of you a Happy Chap Go Mei!!!
Hmmp…have you ever thought how Chinese New Year would be without the banging sound of firecrackers and also the marvellous display of fireworks lighting up the skies at night? It certainly would be a gloomy and depressing new year…:) I always think that fireworks should never be banned! Looking at fireworks display can be very therapeutical too…next Chinese New Year eve, before the clock hits 12am….instead of staying at home, try to go somewhere high that can overlook the whole city. You’ll be amazed how your stress just disappear at the sight and bangs of the fireworks at 12am! Do try this next year and tell me how it feels…:)
Well, Happy Chap Go Mei again…enjoy your time with your loved ones!
That’s all for now…signing off…
Bokehness
Was looking through some of the pictures I took few months ago and came across this particular picture that caught my attention…it was randomly snapped in the car at night after I bought my new lens..looking at it just gives me this feeling that I could not describe…the raindrops on the windows as well as the lights far away just gives me this lonely feeling…It’s so amazing how different pictures gives you different feelings!
Well, if you’re someone wearing specs with a degree of around 400 onwards, use your bare eyes to look at the street lights at night! You’ll probably see something like the picture below…and I call that Natural Bokeh! LoL…
That’s all for now…signing off…
Simple Truth…
Bought this small little shirt 5 years ago when I was in KL! Snapped this picture last week in my car and realized that just in a blink, 5 years has passed! Seriously freaking fast!
Well, looking at the printing on this mini-shirt, I just cant comprehend the depth of God’s love for us…it’s just so amazing! 1 cross and 3 nails = 4given.. It’s such a simple truth, yet carries such mindblowing revelation of God’s LOVE…
That’s all for now…signing off…
CNY & Me & Meli…
Happy Chinese New Year everyone! Well…this is the first CNY that me and Meli got the chance to go visiting and celebrate together! For the past five years, it’s either me or her that has to leave Kuching for holidays during CNY…:) I love CNY!… especially the visitings, fellowship, food, laughters, friends, relatives and OF COURSE…ANG PAUsss! This new year would probably be the last time I receive ang pau…as I am stepping into a new challenge/phase of my life! W.O.R.K.I.N.G.! That word excites me, yet at the same time stirred up so many questions inside me! Oh well, I am believing for the very best….:)
Below are some of the pictures of me and Melissa…taken by Kester and edited by me…Thanks again Kest!
That’s all for now…Wishing all a very prosperous and exciting new year! Signing off…
